She definitely has issues!
Not just issues, fanatical idealogy. She is more than a racist right wing nut but a real threat to American principles and equality for all. She is someone who has a name, friends in high places (Bush), and visability. She is scary because she might get elected. Not since David Duke have we had a challenge like this.
Comparisons to Cruella de Vil or Vampira aside, Harris is just a repulsive fanatic who will probably lose her race for the Senate. While she does represent every contemptible and threatening quality available to the 21st Century Republican, the unlikelihood of her success should reassure us. Even beautiful, tawdry, corrupt Florida will probably avoid the taint of electing someone so awful. She is just the embarrassing poster child of her side of the current political equation. She is proof that the process is in trouble beyond her pathetic presence. She will be defeated either now or later; those who follow will be more repugnant and dangerous.
