New Orleans "city of second chances"

Calling New Orleans, the "city of second chances," President Bush on Tuesday pledged the full cooperation of the federal government to help rebuild the region and called on the city's displaced residents to "come marching back." "I take full responsibility for the federal government's response. It's about time! Hopefully the public outcry and impending elections will force some real progress instead of the useless rhetoric we have heard to date.
i think it is a wonderful idea because if the nation reads this they might try and make sure their flood gates are secure and we won't have another disaster like this one again.
