RED STATE UPDATE: Hillary Clinton's Mouth Could Run a Triathalon

Red State Update recaps the Iowa Democratic debate.

I wasn't able to watch last night's debate, but I've seen most of the others. I know today all across the Intertubes zillions of far left politicos are mad as hell that old Dennis Kucinich wasn't allowed to participate in last night's debate. Personally, I support that decision. This is a political campaign. The goal is to attract voters. Kucinich has already had more than enough time to see if his message is one that a majority of Americans would support. Unfortunately, it just isn't. He's at or near the very bottom in the polls, like 2-3 percent, and that's among voters of his own party.

I actually respect and admire Kucinich, but I fully accept that this is a presidential campaign to win voters. At some point along the process, it makes sense to me to cut the chaff, to provide the more credible candidates with additional camera time.
